Charitable Giving of Real Estate
As part of our diversified funding plan, we accept and/or facilitate gifts of Real Estate. Our non-profit collaborates with a nationally recognized expert who assists in the education of community members and organizations by answering their questions related to the planned-gifting of Real Estate. Donations can be anywhere in the world, and they can include commercial properties, residential properties or land.
This method of reducing property burdens is already being used to help individuals who have excess non-productive properties, as well as a functional financial relief for corporations, banks and mortgage companies. This provides an avenue to gift foreclosures, corporate housing, low income properties and distressed properties that need to be fixed up for those in need, while maximizing tax and income advantages that would not have been otherwise obtained. There are a multitude of benefits for Trusts, Charities and individuals through participation in our programs.
What About Vehicles?
Donating vehicles is another valuable part of the non-profit’s resources. Are you ready to donate a car, truck, boat, SUV, or RV? Regardless of whether you plan to upgrade, you don’t want the trouble of fixing an older model, or you don’t want the bother of finding a buyer, we can use your donation. Many veterans and displaced people have auto mechanical experience. We use our trained mechanic partners to take donated vehicles and repair them when we can, sell some to pay expenses, or strip them for parts. This program provides families without transportation a clean, reliable vehicle to get them to jobs, schools, and shopping. Donating a vehicle is an excellent way to take advantage of tax benefits.
